Can Oso

Designed by Pascual Giner Arquitectos and managed by RDV Arquitectura, this villa has been built on a flat site with uninterrupted valley and sea views.

Organised on two levels, the main living area and three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the first floor is the masteroom with it's own bathroom, dressing room and terrace.

The north-west facade is largely glazed as the house mostly is orientated in this direction, alternating transparent, white and stone, to vary the quality of light and privacy, using local and traditional textures in order to integrate the house to its surroundings.

The combination of inside and outside circulation enables the house to offer the family and its friends an exceptional degree of community, as well as respecting the privacy of the individuals.
