Designed by Thilo Kleinstoll in partnership with RDV arquitectura, this planned 2-storey residential villa is in the heart of “Le Parc de Saint Tropez”, the centre of urbanization on a 7.000 sqm plot of land. The villa’s design responds to the need in this unique urban context, creating a spacious residence with panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea and the landscaped garden, while relating in scale to neighbouring buildings and drawing on the area’s local architecture heritage in its materials and details.

The interior concept combines the warmth of traditional family living with privacy, comfort and contemporary luxury. The villa is designed on 2 main floors and a basement, having the common spaces with a sequence of grand rooms for entertaining, an open floor kitchen and club room, as well as large private terraces on the ground floor, whilst having spacious on suite bedrooms with private terraces on the top floor.

Creating a sense of arrival, a private gated entrance leads into a grand drive court leading to a spectacular entrance with a subtle water feature emphasized with local native plants and materials. Visitors are greeted in a spectacular double-height lobby which reveals the generosity of this villa. Continuing the creative character of the area, the lobby features a grand patio of local influence and is fully illuminated by a wall of screen printed glass, which animates the interior with sparkling patterns of light. From here, there is direct access to all open plan ground floor spaces, and two modern staircases transport residents directly into their on suite rooms – the innovative layout means that majority of rooms benefit from private access, with few shared corridors. In addition, the villa features exclusive residents’ facilities, such as a state-of-the-art gym space, family play area, several service rooms and spa
